About the role

The postholder will contribute to the creation of evaluation methods that integrate the estimation of collection lifetimes using damage functions with other methods of economic valuation, as part of a collaborative research project. The postholder will also support project management, dissemination, and promotion activities in the frame of the ERIHS-IP project (European Research Infrastructure for Heritage Science – Implementation Phase), contributing to the creation of a training plan and a quality framework.

About you

The successful candidate will have a PhD in the subject area of heritage science, archaeology, heritage, conservation or PhD in a social science or scientific discipline with a demonstrable interest in heritage. Experience in carrying out qualitative and quantitative research, including literature reviews is essential, together with the ability to conduct laboratory research relevant to the subject area.
