Research summary
I work as a Senior Research Fellow in Data Science and End Use Energy Demand at the UCL Energy Institute. I work on the EPSRC-funded SERL project, focusing on using a GB-wide dataset of smart meter and contextual data to explore patterns of energy use in homes and the factors which shape them. My focus is on identifying technology, behavioural and other factors that shape total energy use and peak energy demand, particularly those factors that are relevant for policymakers and practitioners involved in energy system decarbonisation.
I work part time at UCL and part time at the University of Edinburgh. View my Edinburgh research profile.
