UCL-Energy named in Lloyd's List top 10 regulators of 2015

UCL-Energy has been included in Lloyd’s List’s top 10 regulators of the shipping industry in 2015, alongside organisations such as the European Union, the International Chamber of Shipping and the Federal Maritime Commission.

Dr Tristan Smith, who leads the UCL-Energy Shipping Group stated: 

“We have always tried to connect our work to the ongoing policy debates, to make sure that we produce high impact research that can be used in evidence-based policy making. So this is great encouragement for us to continue with those efforts, as well as this being a positive sign that the international shipping community is open to using the latest science as it navigates its challenging low carbon transition.’
