UCL-Energy researcher presents to House of Commons Energy and Climate Change Committee

UCL-Energy and UCL ISR researcher Will McDowall has given evidence at the House of Commons Energy and Climate Change Committee on low carbon innovation. He was invited to give oral evidence following a written submission to the committee in December. He spoke about the current arrangements for co-ordination of R&D spending with incentives and policies fostering technology deployment.
