The Awards have been launched to celebrate the achievements of Passivhaus pioneers in the UK, and to promote the Passivhaus Standard.

Sofie said:"I am delighted and honoured to be part of this year's judging panel for the UK Passivhaus Awards 2012. I think it will be an exciting and challenging shortlisting process, particularly as many interesting Passivhaus projects  have been completed recently in the UK".

Joining Sofie on the judging panel will be Founder of the Passivhaus Institut Wolfgang Feist, Nick Grant, Technical Director at the Passivhaus Trust and Hattie Hartman, Sustainability Editor at The Architects’ Journal.
