GLOBAL: The web of institutionalisation

Initially developed to guide the mainstreaming of gender in policy and planning practice, the application of the ‘web’ has been extended to explore the institutional implications of scaling up transformative development practice from a range of perspectives, e.g. environment, urban social justice. This methodology has also been taken up in a range of NGOs, governments and international agencies in the development and implementation of policy related to gender, gender and the environment.
