Research summary
My main interest is to better understand how people make decisions and adapt their behaviour. I have a strong interest in how social networks that individual are embedded in are influencing their behaviour and decision.
Teaching summary
I currently teach both undergraduate and post-graduate modules. At undergraduate level, I teach Management to second-year students. I also teach the dissertation module for third-year students. At post-graduate level, I teach social network analysis and organizational design.
In the past, I have taught classes such as Business Analytics, Innovation Economics, Innovation Management, Corporate Strategy, and Social Networks to PhD students.

Biography
I am a lecturer in Management in the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management.
Before joining UCL, I was a research associate in the Business Analytics centre in the Management department at Imperial College Business School. I received my PhD in Sociology from Université Paris-Ouest Nanterre La Défense in December 2010.
