School of Construction and Project Management academics win grant to host collaborative workshop
23 October 2013
Satu Teerikangas, Senior Lecturer at the School of Construction and Project Management and Professor Philippe Very from Edhec Business School in France, have been awarded a grant by UCL and the French Embassy to host a collaborative scientific workshop.
The workshop will bring together an interdisciplinary team of researchers and will explore ways that innovation can be introduced to the study and practice of strategic change initiatives through interdisciplinary dialogue.
The initiative was set up as a five-year partnership between UCL and the French Embassy, to encourage and fund collaborative workshops with a science or technology focus, and to build on links between UCL and French academic and research organisations. The initiative has already resulted in awards for workshops on the seismic fragility of urban buildings, quantum technologies, and the chemical origins of life.
