In this expert workshop speakers will identify IoT data that can be used by owners and managers of Real Estate to manage their buildings, especially with a view to compliance with energy and sustainability targets.

Speakers will include Will Squires from Atkins, Olivia Allen (Derwent London) Kevin O'Grady (Arup) who will consider current techniques for Facilities Management such as Reality Capture and other technologies, Simon Pursey, (former Head of UK Investment for Segro and Adriano Soares Kosiyama on Governance and Regulation of Real Estate Algorithms as a service.

Breakout groups will then consider a number of topics including remote verification techniques, sustainability and CSR, automating the process and the potential value of structured data with syndicate leaders including Alpesh Doshi (Fintricity) and Will Serrano (UCL).
