The economic case for investment in new infrastructure is proven and accepted. But new infrastructure is 80% construction, and this sector is the largest UK industry and yet has the lowest participation in research and innovation. We will explore why this is so and how to fix it.
Terry Hill CBE FREng, Chair of Arup’s Board of Trustees and former Arup Group Chairman delivers the next keynote lecture in The Business of Infrastructure series.
The lecture will begin at 6.30pm and will be followed by a networking reception from 7.30pm.
