UCL’s Major Infrastructure Delivery MBA equips experienced mid-level managers to advance in their career, and step up to bigger, transformational leadership roles in major construction and infrastructure projects. 

In high profile complex projects, expert leadership is essential for delivery. The MBA offers a unique combination of general management and leadership skills, alongside industry-specific learning, equipping your colleagues with the deep knowledge and capacity to navigate and interface between the technical, organisational, and political aspects of the project that are required to ensure success.

During the MBA, candidates will work with leading infrastructure practitioners to critically analyse global case studies using the latest cutting-edge scientific research. 

Designed for experienced mid-career professionals aspiring to ascend to pivotal leadership roles, our MBA offers a unique structure that allows students to balance work commitments alongside studies. Students are only required to be on campus, in the UK – at our brand-new, cutting-edge facilities in UCL East – for five periods of nine days (45 days total), throughout the duration of the two-year degree. This enables your employees to integrate their learning with their professional responsibilities.
