Flora Roumpani

Flora has a diploma on Architecture Engineering from the Department of Architecture, University of Patras, Greece and is an MRes ASAV graduate from CASA, UCL. She is currently a PhD student under the supervision of Andrew Hudson Smith and Sir Alan Wilson researching on modelling smart cities.

Biography

Flora studied on the MRes in Advanced Spatial Analysis and Visualisation at CASA before starting her PhD. She gained insights into the latest developments in spatial data analysis and visualisation and urban and architectural information systems. 

Flora's current research will focus on deploying, collating, visualising and communicating various data feeds to enhance our understanding of the ‘smart cities’ and ‘smart places’ towards creating a hypothesis around smart urban systems.
