The seminar will demonstrate how micro-simulation pedestrian modelling is applied within a range of real-life schemes, including major sports and entertainment venues, commercial developments and urban streetscapes, to shape designs and develop operations plans.

About the Speaker

Will Durden

Director at Momentum Transport Consultancy

Will is a founding Director at Momentum and an experienced Transport Planner with a background in working on projects within complex pedestrian environments. Over the last 15 years, he has worked on major projects throughout the world, developing a broad range of skills in operations planning, pedestrian modelling, station planning, and transport strategies for major schemes. He has had involvement in the planning and operations of numerous venues including, the Olympic Stadium, Wembley Stadium, MSG Sphere in London, and venues in Brazil, South Africa, the USA and the Middle East.
