Eleanor Palmer Science Lab
AY Architects, of which Dr Yeoryia Manolopoulou is Founding Partner, have had their Primary School Science and Technology Lab shortlisted for assessment. The lab aims to encourage the curiosity and wonderment of young children in the science classroom. It is conceived as a ‘wonder room’; a cabinet of curiosities and a place for discovery and experimentation.

LAMDA Transformation
Níall McLaughlin Architects have been shortlisted for their work at LAMDA (the London Academy of Music and Drama) in West London. From 2002, they spent eight years planning the phased transfer and occupation of a new site for the school. Since then, the practice has also designed twelve new teaching studios, a training theatre and ancillary accommodation for the site. Níall McLaughlin is a Professor of Architectural Practice at The Bartlett.

Light Falls
Annarita Papeschi’s practice, Flow Architecture, has been shortlisted for Light Falls – an extensive redevelopment of a Victorian terraced house in Kensington. The house was completely reorganised to revolve around a new interior courtyard, which acts as a visual centre to the living spaces and provides an excellent source of natural light to the space. Anna is a Tutor of History and Theory at The Bartlett School of Architecture.
