The Bartlett Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place from Monday 15 May to Friday 19 May, hosting free events centred around wellbeing for all students and staff. The week-long engagement of activities scheduled will help raise awareness and bring community together.

Meditation and Mindfulness will be peaceful yet uplifting; rejuvenating and deeply nourishing on many levels.

Join Student Adviser Kristina Labanauskaite for a short workshop on different strategies you can use to deal with stress.
Stress is a normal part of life, but when it becomes excessive and prolonged, it can have negative effects on our physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Stress management is the process of identifying and reducing the sources of stress in our lives, as well as learning coping strategies to handle stress in a healthy and productive manner. In this session, Student Adviser Kristina Labanauskaite will explore various techniques for managing stress, as well as the importance of stress management for our overall health and well-being.
This event is open to all Bartlett students and will take place on Teams.
