Bio-Integrated Design (Bio-ID) MArch/MSc takes these life-changing phenomena as the foundation for radically new, sophisticated, yet also critical design solutions that help to develop our future built environment. Nature plays a central role that goes beyond being a simple environmental regulator, model or inspiration; it is in itself the medium of a multi-layered design approach that is biologically, materially and socially integrated.
The Bio-Integrated Design Open Day will introduce the two-year programmes and explain the unique way in which the course combines scientific methods with design experimentation in a shared space of design studios, science laboratories and fabrication workshops.
Join this session for a detailed presentation followed by an opportunity to ask questions about the programme, application process and student life, with academics, admissions leads and current students.
