About
This project focuses on expanding the role of the architect as activist, listener, engager and enabler. Architecture student Emily Martin is displaying a fundraising poster for campaign community, Focus E15.
Focus E15 campaign and protest for better housing solutions in Stratford where 1 in 24 people is homeless. The community was set up in 2013 when 29 single mothers were evicted from their emergency accomodation in Stratford and were on the brink of being made 'intentionally' homeless with their children.
Emily hopes to help Focus E15 construct their own urban village in Stratford by raising enough money to fund the construction of a street stall cart, which will provide them with the recognition they need to suceed.
Please donate and help Focus E15 reach their goal of £2,000.
