Wednesday 13 May	Talkshop	Mark Godfrey, Tate curator, will talk about his installation of the new Arte Povera room at Tate Modern. This forms the central gallery on Level Five which used to house the minimalist works by Andre Judd Morris and son. He will discuss the issues that have arisen from this reconfiguration of the space and the major shift away from US to European (mainly) work. 10am Tate Modern Level 5
Thursday 14 May	Talkshop	TJ Demos, UCL History of Art, on The Politics of Sustainability: Contemporary Art and Ecology. At Whitechapel 7pm
Wednesday 3 June	Discussion Forum	Possible and impossible sites of curatorial innovation and intervention. A discussion forum focusing on critical debate surrounding the aspirations and effectiveness of the recent show Altermodern curated by Nicholas Bourriaud at Tate Britain (and other recent exhibitions).

Wednesday 8 October	Talkshop	'Frieze and its dis/contents: questioning contemporary art' In this first discussion forum, we ask about the what? why? when? where? who? of contemporary art. With the upcoming Frieze art fair looming, we discuss issues raised about the sites and spaces of display of art now and consider what possibilities exist for critical distance.

Wednesday 3 December	Conversation	David Batchelor will talk to Briony Fer about his new book Colour, an anthology of writings that he has edited, published by the Whitechapel and MIT.
