Professor Paulo Drinot was recently interviewed on popular Peruvian news programme 'Sálvese quien pueda' about his new book, Historia de la prostitución en el Perú (Instituto de Estudios Peruanos, 2022). Historia de la Prostitución en el Perú, 1850-1956 by Paulo Drinot, is published by the Instituto de Estudios Peruanos (IEP), Lima, May 2022.

Paulo Drinot is Professor of Latin American History at the Institute of the Americas, University College London. He is currently working on a biography of José Carlos Mariátegui, a project supported by a Leverhulme Trust Major Research Fellowship.
