Dr Patricio Simonetto will be one of the two guest presenters, together with Dr Pamela Fuentes (Pace University), at the virtual launch of the book De sedientos seres. Una historia social del homoerotismo masculino. Ciudad de México, 1917-1952 (Universidad Iberoamericana, 2020), by Dr Nathaly Rodríguez (UIA, Puebla, Mexico). This event, chaired by Professor Gabriela Cano (COLMEX), is part of the Social History Seminar Series at El Colegio de Mexico and will take place on October 22 at 12:00 Mexico City time. Dr Patricio Simonetto
Patricio Simonetto holds a PhD in Social Sciences and Humanities by Quilmes National University, Argentina. He is the author of 'Entre la injuria y la revolución. El Frente de Liberación Homosexual en la Argentina' (2017) and 'El dinero no es todo. La compra y venta de sexo en la Argentina del siglo XX' (2019). He is currently Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at the Institute of the Americas, University College London.
