Jonathan Bell keynote speaker at international conference

Jonathan Bell recently delivered the keynote speech at the conference Le néolibéralism anglo-américain des années 1980. In his speech, he analysed the place of health, social, and LGBTQ rights within the dominant idea of a neoliberal turn in the 1970s-1980s.

This international conference was organised by the Université de Tours (France) and it took place on March 15 and 16, 2021.

Jonathan Bell is Professor of US History and Director of the Institute of the Americas at University College London (UCL).
