Discussions at the event will be undertaken in line with the Chatham House Rule, however, participants will be invited to participate in the development of a policy white paper should they wish to do so.
Morning session talks will focus on key themes - including research environment, process, and legal and ethical considerations - and will act as a provocation for the afternoon Policy development session
