| BURSARIES |

The ECS is please to announce that approximately 50 bursaries will be available for young European investigators to attend the conference.

Priority will be given to PhD students, who must be under the age of 35 to be eligible. Bursaries will cover registration and accommodation costs, and return travel costs for lowest available rail or air Apex fares. Bursaries will be awarded on a competitive basis to those who submit the most interesting and exciting Poster Abstracts.

To apply for a bursary, submit your abstract using the downloadable abstract form, with a covering e-mail stating that you wish to apply for a bursary, and giving details of your age, nationality, full address and contact details. Proof of age, nationality and student status will be required.

THE DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS FOR BURSARIES IS 31ST MARCH 2004.
