What we offer and when
We can advise on any of the topics that our trainers cover. Please visit our Courses by theme pages to see the full range of topics and courses. The trainers may be able to help with a few things outside of this range but this will be on a 'best efforts' basis.
What we don't offer
We cannot help you with IT support for your software or device. If something isn't working properly and it is a service or device managed by UCL Information Services Division you should contact ISD IT Services.
We cannot provide you with a personal one-to-one training course in a particular piece of software. We can answer specific questions or troubleshoot issues you are having with using software or point you to training courses or resources for self-study.
Terms and conditions
We will try to resolve your query straight away if possible or we may recommend attending another session to receive the best help that we can provide in the area that you are interested in. In some cases we may not be able to provide the help that you require and we will advise you of this as soon as possible.
We recommend you read the full Terms and Conditions before attending.
Contact us by email if you have any questions.
Additional support for research staff and students
ARC and the Research Data Management team in Library Services run regular drop-in sessions for all research staff and research students where you can get support and advice to help plan and tackle problems with your research.
