JDO Creation and Associated Documentation

All staff who have a responsibility to contribute to or write job descriptions, person specification and produce a JDO for evaluation and/or recruitment and selection purposes

You must have attended a UCL Recruitment and Selection qualifying course. Please see Recruitment and Selection home page for details of the qualifying courses.

You must familiarise yourself with the content of the following prior to attending the session. Your understanding of this will be assumed.

This course will enable participants to produce a meaningful job description, person specification and JDO for submission to an evaluation panel and/or to support the effective recruitment of individuals to job roles.
