Personal Effectiveness - Making an Impact
Professional Development Programme

Participants: This course is for you if you are grade 6-8 with leadership or management responsibility, or if you anticipate taking on management responsibility within the coming year.

Pre-requisites: Please note that you will have already covered a substantial amount of this workshop if you have already completed Personal Impact and Confident Networking

Overview: As you rise in seniority, you have to be able to interact with others in a confident and engaging manner that inspires trust. This requires particular communication skills, including the ability to articulate a vision and direction clearly, to take others with you and to handle difficult conversations with sensitivity and authority. This full-day session will help you acquire or sharpen skills that distinguish those who carry their leadership and management responsibilities well.

Anticipated learning outcomes:
