Module 0

Building Partnerships

This module aims to establish a common starting point:

teaching administrators and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professionals basic recordkeeping concepts;
teaching records managers, archivists and administrators the basic notions and trends in ICT;
teaching ICT professionals, records managers and archivists the main concepts and trends in business process engineering, e-commerce, e-governance, workflow etc.

It has three sub-modules:

:: Sub-Module 0-1:	Recordkeeping concepts for non-recordkeeping professionals
:: Sub-Module 0-2:	Concepts and trends in ICT for non-ICT professionals
:: Sub-Module 0-3:	Concepts and trends in business operations
