Module 0

Building Partnerships

This module aims to establish a common starting point:

  1. teaching administrators and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professionals basic recordkeeping concepts;
  2. teaching records managers, archivists and administrators the basic notions and trends in ICT;
  3. teaching ICT professionals, records managers and archivists the main concepts and trends in business process engineering, e-commerce, e-governance, workflow etc.

It has three sub-modules:
