The Open Programme

Providing small awards to get a cross-disciplinary idea of the ground.

The open programme will make awards of up to £2,000 for activities that lead to, or support, interdisciplinary research collaboration. Applications to the open programme should be made using the application form, link below. Please read the eligibility criteria before applying.

Applicants to the open programme must provide details of what the funding is required for, describing how it will help initiate, or develop, an interdisciplinary research partnership, or develop an interdisciplinary research idea. It should be clear how the research idea relates to sustainable urban spaces, or how the collaboration could lead to research in this area.

The open programme has limited funding, so please contact James Paskins to check on available funds.
