There's more chance of employment with a language qualification than any other degree except for Medicine and Teaching. If a language is combined with one of the others the chances are increased even more.
In what area do most language graduates work?
No it's not tourism (3%) or teaching (5%) but in business
related areas (62%) and business is desperate for more people
who have knowledge of "new" languages.
Why are people who speak other languages popular with employers?
It's obvious when you think about it:
