Student ambassadors for the Mayor of London’s Low Carbon Entrepreneur 2015
London City Hall is looking for student ambassadors for the Mayor of London’s Low Carbon Entrepreneur 2015. All you have to do to sign up is email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Institution, Course title, Email address, mobile number and term time address.
They ask ambassadors to tell other students in their institution about the competition. The competition is looking for student ideas to make London a better place to live and work. There’s a £20,000 prize fund to develop the winning idea/s and also up to 6 paid internships with sponsor Siemens available to students who apply. Applications will be opening next week and closing in mid-February so loads of time to come up with an idea.
One of last year’s winners has already used their £5,000 to launch their solarbox. They provide posters and leaflets to help you spread the word and also will give you free training at City Hall.
They hope to have 5 ambassadors from each university and college. Could you represent yours and add a great experience to your CV?
