UCU General Secretary ballot - hear candidates speak at UCL before voting

You will have received messages from each of the candidates setting out their plans and strategies for our union. Information about each candidate can be found here: https://www.ucu.org.uk/elections-2023-24

We have also included links to each candidate's election address in the appendix below.

Ballot papers are on their way to you now. Please be sure to use your vote. To help you make up your mind, UCL UCU is organising a meeting with the candidates on campus and online.

We urge you to attend our local hustings event where you will hear from each of the candidates and have the opportunity to ask them questions.  

The UCL UCU hustings will be hybrid, at 4-5pm on Tuesday 20th February. Room G13, 1-19 Torrington Place, 

Members have been sent a link to sign up for the event online.  In person attendance does not require registration.  

Then please vote - your participation is vital in choosing the direction for UCU.
