Lobby for USS - write to your MP & march to parliament on Wed 28 Feb

As we prepare to take strike action (starting on 22 February) this is to encourage you to write to your MP asking them to support our campaign to defend USS and sign Early Day Motion 619 on defending academic pensions (currently supported by 62 MPs).

At the conclusion of the first five days of our strike action we invite you to join colleagues from across London Region on a march to Parliament Square for pensions and pay called by UCU London Region on Wednesday 28 Feb, assemble 12 noon, ULU, Malet Street WC1, depart 1pm. Colleagues from SOAS, Birkbeck and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine will join us there.
