PPM Community Portal

The Community of Practice (CoP) for Project & Programme Management has developed an online portal for members to access and share resources.

The CoP for PPM was established as part of the TOPS Communities of Practice initiative, to create opportunities staff working or with an interest in project, programme or portfolio management at UCL to share information, resources and best practice, network with one another and access training opportunities.

The online community portal includes resources including essential PPM templates, a glossary of PPM terminology, and information on professional development opportunities linked to PPM within and external to UCL.

Anyone who works in a role that involves project, programme or portfolio management at UCL is very welcome to join the CoP and access the resources on the portal, attend events and join the online discussion.
