Departments whose forecasts show a material deficit to F1 or budget to discuss their F2 position with the Dean, FM and Finance and set out actions being taken to close the gap to budget. Departments whose budget for the next year looks challenging given the F2 position will also be invited to discuss their next year’s budget position and how it will be achieved.
