Refresh of the Major Projects Portfolio Dashboard

The Planning team is developing a Projects and Change Management Service to coordinate and support UCL's broad strategic project portfolio. Three times a year, project managers are asked to update the Major Projects Portfolio dashboard prior to discussion at SMT.
