Monday 7 January 2019	School Finance Team to circulate pre-populated budget templates (including Departmental contribution targets, if known)
Friday 25 January 2019	Departments work with School Finance to review budget templates, update for known changes and work to meet contribution target; draft budget submitted to School Finance
Monday 11 February-Thursday 28 February 2019	All Departments meet with the Dean, FM and Finance to present their draft budget, KPIs and any strategic investment requests
Friday 1 March 2019	Submission and upload of Draft Budget
Friday 29 March 2019	School Finance Team to finalise budget, present draft budget to Director of Finance and Director of Planning (mid-March), prepare Faculty level commentaries, complete system upload and submit required returns to Central Planning Team
