Digital Technologies and Policy candidates investigate policy challenges of emerging technologies

MPA candidates studying the Foundations in Digital Technologies and Policy course in UCL STEaPP have created a series of videos highlighting the policy and regulatory issues of emerging technologies.

The short explainers delve into the history, usage, and technological workings of each topic, along with issues and challenges, with the three videos covering virtual reality, deep fakes and advanced robotics. The videos gave students the opportunity to explore issues they were interested in while helping to develop their technical literacy.
