Margot James MP announces the government's regulatory next steps for consumer IoT

Margot James MP, Minister for Digital and the Creative Industries, announced the government’s regulatory next steps for consumer IoT at PETRAS and the IET’s ‘Living in the Internet of Things’ conference at the IET on 1 May 2019.

The conference provided essential insights into realising the socioeconomic benefits of an interconnected world — ensuring society can benefit from the power of the Internet of Things (IoT) while remaining safe, secure and resilient.
