Monologue / Dialogue 1
The first version of the Monologue Dialogue series which took place in 2006 in Bangkok and was curated by Ark Fongsmut.
Eight British and Thai artists were chosen for a British Council sponsored residency programme by Andrew Stahl and Ark Fongsmut. The exhibition was held at the Bangkok University Gallery (BUG).

A major part of Andrew Stahl's research in the last 30 years has been to examine and enhance the transcultural interaction between different cultures. In 2008, he established the Transcultural Artist Network, an Artist in Residence programme at the Slade.
