The Prosperity Partnership in Quantum Software for Modelling and Simulation is hosting a workshop on the 27th-28th March 2024 at the Royal Society in London to celebrate the success of UK quantum software and further develop inter-institutional networks to support the next stage of development.
Our meeting in London will see international participation from this emerging industry with talks from academic and industrial researchers. Confirmed speakers include Aleks Kissenger (Oxford), Richard Kueng (Linz), Elham Kashefi (Edinburgh/ NQCC), Joel Klassen (Phasecraft), Frank Pollmann (TUM), Fergus Barratt (TitanML) among others.
The conference programme includes a dinner on the first day, accommodation in London is provided.
The initiative, funded by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), and is a collaboration between the UCL Quantum Science and Technology Institute, Google Quantum AI Lab, and the University of Bristol Quantum Information Institute. It also includes UK start-up companies Kuano and PhaseCraft.
