Research interests

I study coherent electron spin states in gate-defined quantum dots in silicon, which can be operated at cryogenic temperatures. My research focusses on realising few-qubit systems with spin qubit couplers, with the aim to demonstrate a strong, high-fidelity coupling across micrometer distances. This would be a helpful step towards a scalable, fault-tolerant spin qubit processor.

Interesting fact

We once parked a van we borrowed from a particle physics institute to do a weekend trip next to the Monte Carlo casino.
