Research Interests
My interests include understanding the nature and effects of social participation in older people with intellectual disabilities and devising approaches to improve social participation in this vulnerable group.
I have had training in qualitative analysis, quantitative research methods, spatial demography, health economics. I studied for a master’s degree in the Institute of Population Research at Peking University.
I have begun my Ph.D. at UCL with a supervisory panel expert in dementia, social participation, and Intellectual disabilities to develop skills in multiple research methods.
