To deliver the START intervention you will need: 

• The “Facilitator” version of the START manual, for healthcare professionals and support workers to use to deliver each of the eight sessions
• The “Carer” version of the START manual, which is to be printed out and given to the carer to keep and annotate
• The CHOICE leaflet referred to in Session 6. Please note that contact information contained in this leaflet was updated in October 2018 and may no longer be up to date. 
• The Action Plan table referred to in Session 8. 

Each session contains a relaxation exercise which are available via the links below.
