Ping-Jen Chen

Research Interests

Integrated care and palliative care for patients with dementia or other neurodegenerative diseases, community or home health care, medical decision making for patients with impaired mental capacity, and education in clinical ethics.

Ping-Jen is a consultant geriatrician, palliative medicine specialist at Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital, Taiwan and an assistant professor at School of Medicine in the same university. He has been a guest researcher in MCPCRD, UCL during October 2013 to January 2014, and in Stroke Prevention Research Unit/ Department of Clinical Geratology, John Radcliffe Hospital, University of Oxford during May to July 2010.
