We are organising an in-person workshops intended to give students an understanding of the principles and practical processes of photolithography and soft moulding. Examples will be given of the application of these techniques to research in biology.
Syllabus
- Microfabrication theory: basics of photolithography, basics of soft moulding
- Applications of microfabrication techniques to biological research: basics of microfluidics, applications of microfluidics, basics of micropatterning, applications of micropatterning
