Job description
The Department of English Language & Literature is recruiting Postgraduate Tutorial Assistants for BA English first-year students. Responsibilities will include providing five 30-minute one-to-one tutorials per tutee in both teaching terms, and marking and providing feedback on four tutorial essays and a commentary exercise per term for each tutee. Tutors will also provide guidance to tutees on academic issues or minor pastoral issues connected with their academic work.

Requirements for role
Applicants should be in at least their second year of working towards a PhD in English Literature, and must be able to commit to being present on the Bloomsbury campus for the full duration of the teaching terms.
