Upon receipt of your application, you will receive notification email on how to make the payment. A pdf copy of the document showing registration terms and conditions and payment details.

The Conference dinner will take place on the evening of the 15th of June, please confirm your attendance by writing DINNER in the special requirements box in the Registration form.
