Course: Do Animals Have Language?

Citylit are running a short course on animal communication from 18/01/17 - 15/02/17 (5 sessions over 5 weeks). The course is run by Moira Yip, an emeritus professor from the Linguistics Department.

'Ever wondered how animals communicate with each other? Find out how they do it, and what they convey. We will look mainly at primates, cetaceans, and songbirds, and compare their skills to our own.'
