  • Timothy Barnes, Executive Director of UCL Advances, the centre for entrepreneurship at UCL, has joined the Senior Advisory of The National Consortium of University Entrepreneurs (NACUE).

NACUE is a national organisation that supports and represents university enterprise societies and student entrepreneurs to drive the growth of entrepreneurship across the UK. It regularly engages in discussions with ministers and senior policymakers in the UK about the future of student-led business and organises events across the country in support of student organisations.

The senior advisory board members help advise on the strategic direction of NACUE, and include leading entrepreneurs and representatives from the most entrepreneurial universities, including UCL and the University of Cambridge.

Tom Stone, a UCL Computer Science PhD candidate and outgoing President of UCL's Enterprise Society, has also become part of the student advisory board that works with NACUE's management to advise on student engagement and activities. Tom also co-chairs NACUE's London group.
