Aleksandra Glowska participated in the July 2021 FEZA conference
22 July 2021
Aleksandra Glowska , PhD student in the UCL Centre for Nature-Inspired Engineering (CNIE) in collaboration with IFP Energies Nouvelles (IFPEN), participated in the July 2021 Federation of European Zeolite Associations (FEZA) conference. Further information on the conference can be found here.
Aleksandra prepared a poster titled: "Impact of spatial heterogeneity on diffusion in y-alumina catalyst supports". The poster detailed the developed multi-technique characterisation strategy of gamma alumina, including advanced SEM image processing techniques, which allowed her to reveal and quantify alumina spatial heterogeneity and further assess its impact on mass transfer.
The event was held virtually, and the poster was displayed online for the duration of the conference. It is still available on-demand, for 3 months, to registered participants.
